Picture frame repair

Hi all Is there anyone that can assist or recommend someone to repair a picture frame. A box frame of my landlord fell off outside and I would like to have it repaired including a new glass put in. I don't have a measuring device, but I estimate about 500mm x 500mm. Thanks in advance.
