Renew drivers licence in PE

Hi all, I have 5 days in PE in September and need to renew my drivers licence. Do I make an appointment before? Can this be done online? With the Traffic Dept or Post Office? I’ll send someone to collect with proxy letter when it’s ready but just need to start the process :-) Dankie!
