Hey girls! I am Charms, a personal trainer with a special interest in and passion for womens health. I love helping women with fat loss and gaining strength, and I specialize in the pelvic floor and nervous system (this isnt only for pregnancy/postpartum, but such an incredibly complex and important part of our bodies, and our overall health and strength). I would love to offer online video call small group training, focusing on strength gain, fat loss and building functional pelvic floors; would anyone be interested in something like this? I am also considering putting together a short, complimentary workshop/pdf that could explain some of the basics around the pelvic floor, breathing, correct core engagement, or a similar topic.
