Mechanical Process Technician 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💰 Salary: AED 17,000 – AED 20,000 per month (depending on experience and capability) A leading international manufacturing organisation is looking to hire a Mechanical Process Technician to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanical professional with strong maintenance, process improvement, and CAD experience to work in a modern, high-performance manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities •Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production and mechanical equipment. •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. •Create, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. •Support equipment upgrades, factory layout improvements, and continuous improvement projects. •Assist with maintenance planning, CMMS implementation, KPI tracking, and Root Cause Analysis. •Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimise manufacturing processes. •Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. -Experience with extrusion, plastics, textiles, or continuous production processes is highly advantageous. -Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. -Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS systems is preferred. -Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. 📩 If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please dm me on LinkedIn or send your CV to talent@ggselection.com.
