Hi all I'm looking for some reference please. I'm searching for a place to stay, month to month. I am not too fussy about which area, but has to be a nice community. Navigating through the websites is troublesome for me. Everything seems to be routed through the site and I haven't really been able to connect with a reliable agent/landlord. Looking for at least 1BDRM, I would prefer a villa or something with a small garden. I will definitely consider a 1BDRM apartment. Fairly central (I work in Al Quoz and do not enjoy the 40min drive from Damac 2. Partly furnished will be great. I've looked at Sports city, Marina, Nad Al Sheba, suppose JVC will be good, JBR also. My budget is around 5000Dhs. Suggestions and help will be great.
