Role: Social Media Marketing Executive Location: Dubai Salary: AED 11,000 Starting Date: 15 September 2026 KC Collective is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to join a standalone F&B concept in Dubai. We're looking for someone who understands hospitality, knows what performs on social media and can take ownership of content from concept through to execution. The role will include: • Developing and executing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin • Creating and managing monthly social media content calendars • Coordinating photography, videography, Reels and content shoots • Writing engaging captions and social media copy • Managing daily posting, scheduling and community engagement • Monitoring trends, competitors and new content opportunities • Supporting paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations • Tracking performance, engagement and audience growth • Supporting events, launches and promotional campaigns • Working closely with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams Who we're looking for: • Previous Social Media Marketing experience within a standalone F&B venue • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends • Hands-on experience with content creation, Reels and shoots • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills • Good understanding of hospitality brands and audiences • Creative, organised and commercially minded • Strong portfolio of previous social media work • UAE-based preferred Interested?
